Meet Shervin Azar Keyvan, a highly accomplished master trainer with a passion for fitness and helping people achieve their health goals. Despite having a degree in engineering, Shervin's love for fitness and sports led him to pursue a career as a personal trainer. Shervin is a certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has extensive expertise in weight management, strength and conditioning, sport performance enhancement, injury prevention, senior, golf, tennis, and youth training. He understands that every individual is unique and therefore creates customized workout plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of his clients. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Shervin has trained a diverse clientele ranging from beginners to professional athletes. He is highly regarded for his ability to motivate and inspire his clients to achieve their fitness goals and adopt a healthy lifestyle. Shervin's training philosophy is centered on functional movement, injury prevention, and overall wellness. He believes that fitness should be fun, and therefore incorporates a variety of exercises and techniques to keep his clients engaged and motivated. As a patroon, Shervin started his training journey in 2006 and has since trained hundreds of clients, helping them transform their bodies and their lives.
